Hello Everyone!  We hope you enjoyed a nice weekend.  The weather was cooler and perfect for fun outdoors.  This week’s activities will follow a similar schedule with a Monday FitnessGram Practice, Tuesday Video Workout, a Wednesday Challenge, Thursday Wellness, and a Friday choice.
