Hello Everyone!  We hope you enjoyed a nice, long weekend.  The weather was amazing and perfect for fun outdoors.  Mr. Bowker went on some really fun mountain and road/dirt road bike rides (including an 82 mile ride that went over the Appalachian Gap near Waitsfield).  He also enjoyed playing with his family’s foster dogs Beetle and Bonnie.  This week’s activities will follow a similar schedule with a Tuesday Video Workout, a Wednesday Challenge, Thursday Wellness, and a Friday choice. Have a nice week!
